Declan Meagher

I am a Solicitor on the Dublin Corporate team.

I have been involved in several international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, acting on behalf of both purchaser and vendor. I have also assisted on a number of secured lending and project finance transactions. I am typically responsible for the co-ordination of these transaction and assisting with the drafting of core transaction documents and corporate ancillaries. 

In tandem with my role in transactional work, I also provide company secretarial services to a large number of clients. I frequently liaise between clients and the Companies Registration Office in relation to corporate governance matters.

I graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2018 with a BA in Sociology and French. I was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2023.
