Alex O'Riordan

I joined Fieldfisher in 2023 as a trainee solicitor before being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2026.

I specialise in advising and acting on behalf of public bodies and regulators which includes the investigation and preparation of matters for inquiry before professional conduct committees of regulatory bodies. 

I have experience in obtaining witness statements, analysing and examining medical records, formulating allegations and briefing expert witnesses. 

I also have experience in the preparation of and advising of applications for hearing before the High Court in terms of confirming sanction and emergency suspension applications, as well as the preparation of and advising in respect of judicial review proceedings.
