I advise investment funds in their capacity as minority or majority shareholders and investors wishing to create funds accredited by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (French financial market authority) and have extensive experience in the negotiation of management packages.
I hold degrees from the University of Paris Dauphine (Masters in Management and International Business Law) and the University of Paris II (Master of Advanced Studies in Business Law). I was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1992.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for 22 years at UGGC law firm in Paris, where he became a partner in 2000.
In addition to my native French, I am fluent in English.
