In particular, I specialise in commercial and office real estate, as well as in complex real estate transactions. I have extensive experience in the field of real estate investment, particularly acquisitions, sales of companies or real estate assets, and in the financing and the creation of real estate joint ventures.
I also advise clients on commercial leases, construction contracts and asset management.
My clients include real estate investment funds, institutional investors, developers and operators, whom I assist with their real estate transactions.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for two years as a senior associate at Paul Hastings in Paris, after having previously worked as an associate in the real estate department of law firms Jones Day and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in Paris.
I hold a Master's degree in business law and a Master's degree in real estate law from the University of Paris I, Panthéon - Sorbonne.
I was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006.
I speak English and French.
