I have extensive professional experience in Public Law, an area in which I have worked for more than twenty-five years. I strategically advise and defend private companies and public sector entities. I have taken part in the legal counsel of more than 1,000 proceedings involving urban planning, expropriations, funeral services, waste management, sanctioning and disciplinary files, ports and coastlines, mining, water, transport, environmental matters, operating licences, tourism, hotels, hospitality and industrial activities.
I am the coordinator and professor of the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice at the International University of Catalonia (Universitat Internacional de Catalunya). I have also taught and lectured at the University of Girona, the Barcelona Bar Association, the Provincial Government of Barcelona and the Association of Municipalities and Counties, among other institutions.
