I have wide professional experience in Public Law, area in which I have been working for over 25 years. I strategically advise and defend private companies and public sector entities. I have participated in the legal counsel of more than 1,000 lawsuits related to urban planning, expropriations, funeral services, waste management, sanctioning and disciplinary records, ports and coastlines, mines, water, transportation, environment, operating licences, tourism, hotels, hospitality and industrial.
I am the coordinator and professor of the Master’s in Legal Practice degree course at the Universidad Internacional de Cataluña [International University of Catalonia]. I was also professor and lecturer at the Universidad de Gerona [Gerona University], the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona [Lawyer’s Association of Barcelona], the Provincial Government of Barcelona and at the Asociación de municipios y comarcas [Association of Towns and Districts], among other places.
