Professional background
I focus my practice on a broad range of research agreements in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries, including clinical trials, clinical investigations, and collaborations with sites, investigators, and CROs.
I also have solid experience in contracts with public administrations, such as public tenders and risk-sharing arrangements. In addition, I co-head the Food & Beverages department in Barcelona, advising clients on regulatory and contractual matters across the sector.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I gained litigation experience supporting clients in proceedings before public authorities, as well as courts and tribunals.
Education
I completed the specialized Pharmaceutical Law Course focused on the legal and regulatory framework governing the pharmaceutical industry, including compliance, approval processes, and industry standards.
I completed the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and successfully passed the national bar admission exam.
I completed a Degree in Law, acquiring a solid foundation in legal theory and practice.
