I have extensive knowledge of the legal challenges faced by the pharmaceutical industry in regulatory matters (pricing and reimbursement), advertising, competition law, commercial contracts, data protection, and product liability.

I advise national and international companies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetics, and food sectors.

I have been a member of Conférence Bleue since 1997 and served as co-directing partner from 2012 to 2021. I am a member of the Real Academia de Farmacia de Cataluña and a guest lecturer at European Union conferences at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as a speaker at the summer courses of the Universidad de Navarra.

I currently advise over 50 national and international companies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetics, and food sectors on a regular basis.

I lead the Life Sciences Department at Fieldfisher Spain, which is recognised by Chambers & Partners as one of the leading practices in this field. Chambers & Partners also highlights me as a leading lawyer in regulatory and competition law.
