As a lawyer in the Family and Inheritance Department, I’ve the opportunity to engage closely with various legal matters that deeply affect people’s personal lives.
One of my key areas of focus has been marriage proceedings under Portuguese law, where I assist in preparing prenuptial agreements and advising on matrimonial property regimes, among other relevant formalities required for the marriage process. I also support matters related to divorce, parental responsibilities, parenting agreements and custody arrangements.
