I assist companies and groups not only in their ordinary civil and tax obligations and their relations with the tax authorities, but also in planning and implementing their corporate restructuring operations from both a legal and corporate/financial perspective.
Through the years I have acquired significant experience helping companies in crisis or that are simply facing difficult periods and need help in reviewing their structure.
I work increasingly work with public sector companies, providing advice and/or as a member of their boards of statutory auditors. Several of my clients operate in the service industry.
I work as a statutory auditor for various medium/large companies and work with the Venice courts as a technical consultant and insolvency practitioner.
I graduated from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice and have been entered on the Register of Italian Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors since 1989.
I advise my clients in Italian and English.
