I work with long-standing, loyal clients in tender processes for public administrations. I provide advice and support in tenders of significant amounts and of national and international importance. In the energy field my consultancy includes analysis, due diligence and contracts pre and post-acquisition of renewable energies projects in favour of major industry operators. In the field of public law, I handle the respective litigation.
I have also collaborated with the tenure of Constitutional Law at the University of Milan, at the Institute of Public Law of the University of Pavia and at the Institute of Public Law of the L. Bocconi Commercial University of Milan.
I was admitted to the Bar of Milan in 1999.
I am the author of numerous publications and a speaker at conventions and workshops on the subject of administrative law and public contracts.
