For almost 15 years I have dedicated myself exclusively to the real estate sector, acquiring considerable experience due to my participation in a significant number of transactions, in the structuring of investment funds and in real estate development joint ventures.
Before joining Fieldfisher I was head of legal affairs at two asset management companies, acquiring specific know-how on the legislation, practices and procedures of financial intermediaries, with particular regard to real estate funds, as well as real estate contracts in general; I then became a partner and head of the real estate practice at a leading Italian law firm.
