I have followed the regulatory realignment of numerous public companies, professional associations, health care and social care structures, supporting management in the identification of the best transition strategies, in monitoring the results over time, and also assuming direct responsibilities as Data Protection Officer (DPO).
I have also assisted public and private clients in procurement procedures, public-private partnerships, in procedures for obtaining economic incentives and financing for business activities, as well as authorizations and accreditation procedures, particularly in the health care and social care field; in addition to supporting clients in every stage of the procedure, I am also an experienced litigator, in front of administrative tribunals and civil courts.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked in a well-known Padova law firm specialized in administrative law and I have been Senior Associate of a prominent international law firm.
I hold a PhD from the University of Padua in European administrative law and I have been a subject expert for several years at the University of Ferrara.
I have been and currently am adjunct professor at several masters and training courses organised by Ca’ Foscari University Venice, member of national scientific committees and institutional commissions, and adjunct professor in public law at the LUMSA University of Rome. I act as speaker at numerous conferences and workshops, and I have authored several publications on various topics in administrative law.
