I provide professional assistance to Italian and international clients principally in the banking, finance, insurance, energy (focusing on renewable energy), real estate and digital sectors, although I also often work with clients in other sectors such as manufacturing and services. I also provide tax and corporate compliance assistance on private equity, leveraged buy-outs and M&A, corporate finance, debt restructuring under art. 67 and art. 182-bis of the Bankruptcy Law, securitisation transactions, succession planning, and ordinary tax advice on both direct and indirect taxes, in Italy and abroad.
I have extensive professional experience in tax planning, structuring acquisitions and/or group reorganisations through mergers, divisions and transfers, IAS taxation, transfer pricing, Patent Box, R&S Credit, tax due diligence and debt financing and restructuring.
I am a member of the boards of statutory auditors of various Italian companies.
Before joining Fieldfisher I was a tax consultant and associate partner at a number of other international tax and law firms.
I spend my spare time with my family and enjoy travel, reading and sports. I follow music, art and football. I also represent a non-profit association.
