I have been dealing with business crises for more than thirty years, both as bankruptcy trustee/judicial commissioner or liquidator, appointed by the Court of Milan, and as a professional in support of the entrepreneur, in order to identify the most suitable tools for resolving the crisis.
Since 2020 I have been a member of the International Business Crisis Observatory established by the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts in Rome (CNDCEC).
I have collaborated as author in several publications on the subject of insolvency procedures.
My areas of expertise also concern corporate taxation, corporate consultancy and company valuations.
