My work involves defending clients in cases before the Tax Courts and, in addition, I assist and represent clients in negotiations with the tax authorities for extrajudicial dispute resolution.
Over the years I have dealt with disputes concerning income taxes, VAT, registration taxes, hypo-cadastral and local taxes.
My clients are medium and large enterprises, often multinational, and local entities.
I regularly publish articles on tax matters in specialist journals, with particular regard to local taxes.
Before joining Fieldfisher I worked at two tax law firms in Milan.
