I have experience in birth related injuries that result in complex cerebral palsy, misdiagnosis of conditions that cause substantial loss and improper surgical treatment that leads to severe trauma.
I diligently manage cases from initial contact through to settlement to achieve the highest possible settlements for clients, helping them to move forward with their lives. I also prepare for trials and appeals where necessary.
I use the communication and interpersonal skills that I developed in non-legal industries to support clients through the emotional, physical and financial challenges caused by their injuries.
