I joined Fieldfisher in October 2024. I specialise in the Court of Protection and Mental Capacity Law, particularly financial deputyship work and assisting vulnerable clients to manage their affairs.
My experience includes:
- The management of complex deputyships, including several cases valued between £30-£50 million
- Making applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of professional Deputies
- Advising on and preparing statutory will applications
- Managing the purchase and adaptations of properties for severely disabled protected parties
- Providing witness evidence to be used at trial in medical negligence proceedings
- Acting for lay clients in respect of matters concerning the Court of Protection including making applications for the appointment of a lay deputy, statutory wills and gratuitous care payments
- Advising lay Deputies in respect of their ongoing duties and obligations

I read Criminology at the University of Manchester before completing my Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC MSC in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law.
