I also assist clients in the acquisition and disposal of assets or shareholdings, carrying out legal due diligence and handling the preparation and negotiation of share purchase agreements (SPAs) and related ancillary documentation.

I also assist clients in disputes with independent authorities and regulatory bodies in connection with the exercise of supervisory, regulatory and sanctioning powers.

After graduating in Law in 2021, I undertook a specialised course of study in civil and administrative law, which led me to collaborate with a legal specialisation school as a lecturer. In this context, I give lectures on jurisprudential conflicts and the analysis of the main interpretative developments in the civil and administrative fields, and I have participated in the drafting of a manual on the drafting of legal documents and the systematic interpretation of law.

I approach every assignment with rigour, attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach, with the aim of providing effective, timely legal assistance that is fully tailored to the specific needs of the client.
