During my career I have been dealing with challenging transfer pricing issues, including developing new methodologies, supporting business reorganizations, and managing large transfer pricing audits to successful conclusions.
I advise clients of all sizes, including large multinationals on complex issues. I have particular experience in the following sectors: IT, energy and mining, luxury products, pharmaceutical, media-entertainment, building materials, consumer goods.
I have been actively involved in all OECD developments in transfer pricing since 2005. I have submitted written contributions and participated to Public Consultations along all steps of the OECD-G20 project to counter base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS) between 2013 and 2017, followed by the OECD-G20 project addressing the Tax Challenges Arising from Digitalisation (2018-current).
Starting in 2005 I have been for many years a member of the tax commissions of: the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD; the United States Council for International Business; the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Currently, I represent Fieldfisher as a member of the ICC global Tax Commission and of the Italian national Tax Commission.
In advising clients, I endeavor to provide pragmatic solutions exploiting the different elements of my experience: a strong conceptual background, a deep knowledge of the corporate world and a diversified consulting experience across multiple sectors and Countries.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher I notably held the following positions: President at SATIS RES Consulting in Paris (2017-2022). Principal at Charles River Associates in Paris (2010-2017). Head of transfer pricing for Europe at IBM in Paris (2002-2010).
I am a member of the Editorial Board of the French tax law review “Fiscalité Internationale” and I regularly contribute to its quarterly issues. I also regularly contribute to the quarterly “Tax Digest” of ICC Italy.
I hold a degree in Business Administration, specialization in Finance from Universita' Bocconi, Milano, Italy.I advise clients and regularly write documents and articles in English, French and Italian.
