I advise both French and foreign groups of companies and private equity funds on their domestic and international operations.
I have notably assisted several clients of the following sectors: pharmaceutical industry, military industry and renewable energies and wrote several articles on the French solar PV and windfarm regulatory environment.
I also deliver M&A training sessions to ESSEC students and the Bar school students.
Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2010, I hold a degree in Comparative Law/Common law from the University Panthéon-Assas (in cooperation with University College London) and a Master's degree in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC business school.
