I am known for my expertise in international tax law and African business law (particularly OHADA). An international tax specialist with more than 25 years' experience, I specialise in assisting international organisations in establishing, developing and reorganising business activities as well as advising on acquisition structures and tax audits. I frequently advise clients on structuring foreign investments in Africa.

An expert in structuring the implementation and development of companies on the African continent, I provide legal and fiscal assistance to secure and manage the inherent complexity of development projects in Africa.

In addition I have extensive experience in corporate restructuring (including business model reorganisation) in and via Mauritius. This technical know-how is enhanced by my Franco-Mauritian nationality - a major asset for operations in Africa.

Before joining Fieldfisher Paris, I was Head of the Africa Desk at Lazareff Le Bars. I previously headed the tax department of the Deloitte France African Cluster, assisting clients with their operations in the Maghreb, West Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa and Mauritius.

I hold a DESS in business and tax law from the University Paris II – Assas and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995. I am an executive member of the Africa / OHADA permanent Commission of the Paris Bar.

I am fluent in English and French.
