With an extensive career as a lawyer, Xavier Miravalls specialises in M&A, International Corporate, International Networks and LATAM. The beginning of his career has its roots in the field of Civil and Procedural Law; giving way, years later, to venture into corporate and commercial matters.
From 1989 to 2008, he was Partner - Director and Managing Partner of KPMG Abogados in Barcelona, where, as a lawyer specialising in M&A, he implemented innovative and profitable management programmes at all levels: management, talent and business development. During this period, he specialised in M&A and transnational transactions.
In 2008, he joined Roca Junyent as a Partner in charge of the firm's Latam Desk, and continued to work as Of Counsel to the firm until 2014. Subsequently, he began working on the implementation of the Lawell & Partners boutique specialising in M&A in Barcelona, Madrid, Palma de Mallorca and Brussels.
For the last 5 years, he has been partner in charge of the M&A Department of RSM Spain, where he has developed his professional activity, especially in the field of corporate transactions of acquisition and sale of companies, as well as in the integration of Private Equities in companies for the development of their expansion and business plan.
From September 2021, he fulfils the role of Of Counsel in the offices.
