Since joining Fieldfisher in 2021, José Ignacio has dedicated his professional career to providing comprehensive legal advice to companies in pre-insolvency situations, specializing since 2023 in the drafting and defense of Restructuring Plans. His experience also includes serving as Insolvency Administrator for legal entities, successfully managing the sale of business units. Additionally, he has represented individuals who have obtained full debt relief, achieving positive outcomes and effective solutions.
José Ignacio graduated in Business Administration and Law from IE University in 2018, building a strong academic background supported by a Master’s in Legal Practice from the University of Alcalá de Henares and a Master’s in Insolvency Administration from UNED. He has published various legal articles in renowned newspapers such as Expansión and El Economista. Additionally, his education is further enriched by numerous specialized courses delivered at bar associations and national restructuring and insolvency conferences.
