In addition, throughout his professional career he has advised companies and individuals in the civil and commercial fields from a cross-cutting and client-focused approach. In particular, he has advised in matters of obligations and contracts, and in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and intervention in all kinds of corporate transactions, as well as in the resolution of conflicts. He also advises on inheritance and inheritance law, specialising in inheritance law in Catalonia. He also has experience in real estate and construction law, resolving queries and offering legal solutions, as well as intervening in different types of projects in this field.
