My practice includes different types of financing transactions, with a particular expertise in acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance & general corporate finance. I also advise on restructurings and more general finance issues.
 
I advise on Belgian and international financial institutions, private equity investors and corporates.
 
My work has been recognised with a ranking as “Next Generation Partner” in the Legal 500 and "Rising Star" in the IFLR1000.
 
I graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven (Leuven, Belgium), participated in an exchange programme at the New York University School of Law, and obtained a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Finance at the economics department of the Catholic University of Leuven.
 
I am a native Dutch speaker, and I also speak English and French fluently.
