Professional background

I specialise in EU internal market and environmental law, with a focus on the free movement of goods.

I support clients across four key areas:

  • Compliance – I advise on PPP, CLP, REACH (including PFAS), biocides, product safety and ESG.
  • Litigation – I handle EU law cases before national courts and the EU General Court.
  • Consortia Management – I manage REACH consortia and complex data-sharing negotiations.
  • Advocacy – I provide legal input in EU legislative processes and consultations.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked in Italy at a Tribunal as a judicial clerk in commercial and criminal law, and in a law firm on corporate-commercial matters.

I hold a full-cycle Master’s Degree in Law (Summa cum laude) from the University of Padova (Italy) and an LLM in Competition Law and Regulation from the University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands).

I am a member of the Italian Bar ("Ordine degli Avvocati di Padova") and of the Brussels Bar (A-list), and I am fully fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian.
