Professional background

My experience with International Trade Law focuses on trade remedies (including trade defence instruments, price undertakings and drafting complaints both in the EU and in the UK) as well as on sanctions and export control. I have also assisted both EU and non-EU operators with CBAM reporting. Moreover, I have been involved in assessing WTO-compatibility of the EU legislation and assisted with FTA negotiations. I have been working with governments, industry organizations as well as large multinational companies.

I hold my master's degree from the University of Wroclaw (Poland) (summa cum laude), where I have also obtained a Ph.D. title with my dissertation focusing on Civil and Commercial Law (summa cum laude).

In addition, I have graduated from Harvard Law School in 2020 (LL.M.).

I am a Member of the Brussels Bar association (e-list) and the Wroclaw Bar association in Poland (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych we Wrocławiu).

I speak Polish (mother tongue), I have a full working proficiency in English and have a basic knowledge of German.
