Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to assist various public entities in the preparation and management of public procurement procedures, as well as in matters related to the execution of administrative contracts. I have also provided support in environmental licensing, urban planning, and building permit processes, working closely with both public authorities and private stakeholders - always in the interest of the swift resolution of issues within the applicable legal framework.
My legal practice is grounded in a methodical and rigorous approach, supported by continuous study and a strong academic background in public law.
I hold a law degree from the University of Coimbra and a master’s degree in Administrative Law from Católica Lisbon School of Law. More recently, I completed a postgraduate course in Public Procurement, organised by the Centre for Public Law and Regulation Studies (CEDIPRE) at the University of Coimbra, as well as a postgraduate course in Urban Planning and Building Law offered by the Centre for Planning, Urban Planning and Environmental Law Studies (CEDOUA). Additionally, I attended a specialised course in Planning, Urban Development, and Environmental Law, also organised by CEDOUA.
