My practice focuses on advisory and court litigation work, particularly in the context of complex public tenders, construction contracts, and regulatory disputes.

I regularly support local authorities, and public sector entities, as well as private companies operating with or alongside the public sector or seeking regulatory guidance, while also advising international clients investing in infrastructure, energy, transport, and public services.

In recent years, I have supported several major infrastructure and public service projects for both public and private clients, including large-scale public works. My work spans from procurement structuring and legal compliance to advising on contract execution — including construction, services, and supply contracts — and representing clients in administrative litigation before Portuguese courts.

I take a methodical, pragmatic, and client-focused approach, particularly in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments where public interest and legal certainty must be balanced.

I hold a law degree from the University of Lisbon School of Law and continue to invest in specialised training in public contracts, administrative procedure, and construction law.
