I am an associate lawyer in the Public and Regulatory Department, with a particular focus on Public Procurement, Energy and Administrative Litigation. I work closely with local authorities, intermunicipal communities, public companies and private entities helping them to navigate complex legal and regulatory scenarios.
I graduated in Law from the University of Porto School of Law. Recently, I had the opportunity to attend a postgraduate course in Urban Planning and Construction Law, organised by the Centre for Planning, Urban Planning and Environmental Law Studies (CEDOUA) of the University of Coimbra. I also attended courses on Public Procurement, Constitutionality Review, Competition Law, and International Law.
My practice involves strategic legal advice and representing clients on a variety of public sector matters. I have developed extensive experience in public procurement, energy sector regulation and administrative litigation, helping clients achieve their objectives while ensuring compliance with constantly evolving legal frameworks. In the energy sector, I support private entities involved in engagements with the public sector and public authorities, providing advice aligned with their commercial interests and public sector regulation.
Throughout my career, I have represented and advised numerous public bodies, guiding them through public procurement procedures and administrative challenges.
