I am a Polish qualified attorney (advocate) with 18 years of experience in providing commercial legal advice to companies (primarily, international clients doing business in Poland and Europe)  and representing them in all forms of dispute resolution, including: litigation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations. I have been recognized by Legal 500 for both Dispute Resolution and Employment.

I am a citizen of both Poland and Canada and a native speaker of both Polish and English.

Dispute Resolution

I have represented clients from numerous industry sectors in disputes involving a wide range of legal issues. I strongly believe in the importance of efficiently communicating strategy, explaining Polish legal matters—especially to international clients—and keeping clients well-informed about legal costs.

I thrive in complex litigation and arbitration cases, particularly those requiring collaboration with party-appointed experts. Additionally, I have experience managing dozens of litigation cases for entire corporate groups.

I also advise clients on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) solutions, always considering the cost, duration, and financial impact of litigation and arbitration. I have successfully negotiated complex settlement agreements as an alternative to resolving disputes before a court or tribunal.

Commercial Law & Employment

I advise clients at a management level on strategic projects while also overseeing day-to-day legal advice inquiries. I lead teams of lawyers dedicated to specific clients or industry sectors, working closely with management, in-house legal teams, or coordinators to provide seamless and timely assistance. I firmly believe that a lawyer must understand a client’s business and internal structure to offer solutions that are not only legally sound but also practical from a business standpoint.

I regularly introduce international clients to the Polish market by offering them a 360° package that covers all their legal needs throughout this process. This includes a Shelf Company Program which makes it possible for foreign clients to be up and running in Poland in a matter of days, if such urgency is required.

My experience spans various sectors, including: management consulting, IT/software/tech sector, international investments, aerospace and defense, compliance, corporate law, real estate and construction, insurance and reinsurance, labor and employment law, energy and renewable energy, intellectual property and data protection, and bankruptcy cases, among others.

Pro Bono

For me, social responsibility is not just a marketing catchphrase—it is a core value that guides my professional mission. I am actively engaged in pro bono work and encourage my team members to do the same. I believe that advocates have a duty to give back to the community and support those who are less fortunate or face oppression. I have been recognized for my pro bono efforts by the Polish Commissioner for Human Rights (Polish Ombudsman). My recent pro bono work has been focused on three key areas: LGBTQ+ rights, women’s rights, and the freedom of the press.
