I am a PhD student at the Doctoral School at the University of Silesia in Katowice, where I am preparing my dissertation in the field of intellectual property and conducting classes for students. Since 2015, I have been a member of the US-Polish Trade Council, where I am involved in organizing events such as the Poland Day symposium in Silicon Valley at Stanford University.

Employment Law

I advise companies on day-to-day employee matters, preparing employee contracts, internal regulations, and policies. I also support companies entering the Polish market, introducing employers to their responsibilities and assisting in building an employee structure.

Intellectual Property Law

My particular interests lie in intellectual property law, new technology, and IT. As part of the IP practice, I prepare internal documents, transfer and licensing agreements for intellectual property rights, and assist in the registration and protection of trademarks and other industrial property rights. In my academic work, I have focused on the legal protection of computer programs and biotechnological inventions in both Polish and US law.
