For nearly 20 years, I worked in leading Polish law firms, including as a partner, in corporate/M&A departments. I advise strategic and financial investors as well as private clients on acquisitions, divestments and complex corporate restructurings.
I support both national and international entrepreneurs from various sectors, including IT, insurance, automotive, healthcare, energy (i.a., RES), and I work on various cross-border and multi-jurisdictional projects.
My experience includes representing both buy- and sell-side Clients, both at the shareholder and board level.
I lead transaction projects from the stage of initial talks, through negotiating letters of intent, conducting due diligence or – at a later stage – structuring and negotiating transaction documentation and support after closing.
