I am humbled and proud by the fact that I can count the largest global companies, consortia and law firms to my client network with over 25 years of building and deepening on the subjects.
I advise on a wide range of issues related to product approval in the EU, provide advocacy support and handle litigation before European and national courts. I also counsel companies on strategic and business law matters relating to their commercial agreements and presence in Europe.
My expertise covers all aspects of product regulations and restrictions (including notification, data protection, mutual recognition, classification & labelling, marketing and use restrictions, parallel imports, environmental liability, product recalls and data compensation negotiations, among others).
I represent chemical companies before the European institutions, member state authorities, scientific committees, and the European courts. I also advise clients on the importation, regulation and sale of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, GMOs, novel food, food supplements and food contact materials.
I was involved in the first case of data sharing arbitration in Italy and in a case of alleged abuse of dominant position in pesticides markets, both of which he successfully resolved.
Since then, I have defended a multitude of cases over 25 years in various fora, ranging from EU courts, to ECHA's Board of Appeal, arbitration panels and national courts.
I regularly speak at international conferences as an expert speaker and panellist on pesticides and chemicals and am highly recommended since many years as "Tier One" and 'Leading Individual" by Legal 500, Chambers Europe, Who's Who Legal and the Life Sciences Industry Report.
I have contributed to a number of publications on pesticides, REACH, GMOs and medical devices.
I am a Member of the Rome Bar (Avvocato) and of the Brussels Bar (Avocat).
I am Italian-French bilingual and am fluent in English and Spanish.
