National Deaf Children's Society

National Deaf Children's Society (NDCS) is the leading organisation for deaf children in the UK. Since 2014, Fieldfisher has been working with NDCS to provide legal advice and representation to deaf children who are being denied their educational rights through our 'Opening Doors to Education' programme. Lawyers from the firm represent children in the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal to ensure they receive the specialist education they are entitled to.

The National Deaf Children’s Society is grateful to the partnership and staff at Fieldfisher who, since 2014, have given up their time to provide representation in Special Education Needs Appeals cases for deaf children. The partnership has allowed us to reach more families and help them get the vital support they need at school and college and make sure that no deaf child gets left behind.
