Dr Thorsten Voss speaks at the WM-Seminar "payment traffic law" on the issue "The use of blockchain technology in payment transactions".

The WM Seminar aims to explain the implementation of the Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and the Payment Accounts Directive into German law. In addition, it will provide basic information and an overview of the latest developments in payment traffic law. In particular, the legal classification of crypto currencies will be discussed. The current jurisdiction and the most important regulations will be presented.

This seminar will help to deepen and refresh one's own level of knowledge, as well as to convey tendencies in jurisdiction and new information in the field of payment traffic law.
