- The creation of inter-company credit
- The conditions for inter-company credit will allow certain corporate structures (SAS or SARL under French law) whose accounts are certified by an auditor, to grant short-term loans (under two years) to micro-enterprises, SMEs or medium-sized companies with which they have provable economic links. These loans shall be subject to a specific contract and will not be subject to securitisation.
