The Chancellor has had a good run of late and it will be interesting to see whether the uptick in economic confidence translates into positive tax measures in this, his 5th Budget. Whilst draft legislation for inclusion in Finance Bill 2014 has already been issued and there has been a recent trend in pre-Budget announcements (or leaks!) of much of the Budget content, there are always surprises (sometimes good and sometimes bad!)
