We are looking forward to our Patents Seminar and Update on Thurs 2 July, which we are co-hosting with TVT Business Innovation Ltd. The seminar will take place at our Riverbank House offices from 2pm until 5.30pm, followed by a drinks reception.
The half-day seminar will discuss Conventional and Unconventional ways of Exploiting IP, the Interplay between IP and Competition law, when to patent and when to keep as a Trade Secret, and other relevant Business Issues before the Courts.
