The past month has brought multiple developments in UK immigration law, including the Immigration White Paper, which addresses the likely immigration restrictions for EU nationals moving to the UK from January 2021; a new pilot phase of the EU Settlement Scheme; and the scrapping on 21 January of the £65 fee for applying for status under the Scheme.
