Prior to joining our Public and Regulatory Department, I managed a team advising financial instiutions and corporate bodies on various legal mechanisms regarding the high value recovery of assets, enforcement strategies, trespass claims, fraud, rectification of title, landlord and tenant disputes and professional negligence disputes.
I am an experienced advocate, appearing regularly before the Circuit Court, High Court and Court of Appeal over a 15 year period. My litigation experience is greatly enhanced by having worked for several years prior to qualifying as a solicitor in one of Ireland's leading Court agency firms. I have also lectured in the Law Society of ireland on the Diploma in Advocacy course.
