My primary experience is in providing comprehensive business advice, encompassing issues of a contractual and corporate nature, e.g. drafting commercial contracts, company incorporations, social agreements and partner agreements, as well as advising on the conduct of Board of Directors’ Secretariats, within both national and multinational companies.
In addition, I have participated in procedures involving the buying and selling of businesses, advising both buyers and sellers.
