I have over 20 years' experience of working in this field, but specialise in corporate restructuring processes, collective bargaining, and mediation. Over the course of my career, I have advised clients in labour judicial proceedings relating to employment regulation proceedings, contestation of electoral processes, collective bargaining agreements, money claims and claims for the protection of rights.
Throughout my professional experience I have worked on complex legal cases both nationally and internationally. My achievements include working with companies such as Allianz Ras, Grupo Generali España, Lloyds TSB Bank Plc, Glaxo Smithkline, Coca Cola, Thyssenkrupp and many other clients on issues such as collective bargaining processes, viability plans and collective bargaining agreements.
In addition to these cases, my experience is also varied in terms of sectors. I have worked in logistics and distribution, media, and telecommunications. Client names in these sectors include Havi Servicios Logísticos, Logista, RTVE and Telecinco. I have supported these clients with negotiating viability plans and dealing with other complex legal matters.
In addition to my legal practice, I am also involved in the academic world. I teach at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) on topics such as collective bargaining processes and corporate restructuring. I am also an honorary professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. I regularly give training sessions at various institutions, including the Asociación para el Progreso y Desarrollo (APD), Expansión y Empleo, IESE, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
As a dedicated legal professional, I am also a member of several professional organizations, including the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), International Bar Association (IBA), International Labour Association (ILA), Forelab, Asnala (Asociación Nacional de Abogados Laboralistas), and the American Bar Association (ABA).
