I am a Partner in the Banking and Asset Finance team. I specialise in projects and acquisition finance with a particular focus on the energy and private wealth sectors. I also have direct in-house experience having undertaken two secondments to J.P. Morgan's Private Bank.
I act for UK and International lenders, corporate borrowers and investment and development funds. Clients include J.P. Morgan Bank Luxembourg S.A., Lloyds Bank plc, RCB Bank, RM Secured Direct Lending, Muirden Energy and Traxys Europe S.A.
Within the Renewables sector, I have specific experience advising on the Project Financing of numerous onshore wind projects, hydro-electric schemes and on the financing of OFTO offshore windfarms.
Further experience in the energy and commodities sector includes advising Norwegian listed Kongsberg Gruppen AS on their general debt finance requirements and VTB Bank and Traxys Europe on commodities prepayment facilities.
Within the Private Wealth sector, I regularly act for J.P. Morgan and RCB in connection with facilities provided to ultra-high net worth individuals, including advising on the financing of yachts and private aircraft.
