Fieldfisher strengthens Brussels banking practice with new Of Counsel

European law firm Fieldfisher welcomes Dennis Lievens as Of Counsel in its Brussels office.

His work covers a wide range of finance law services, with a particular focus on project finance, public-private partnerships, and energy and infrastructure projects.
 
Dennis, who joins Fieldfisher from Allen & Overy, has over 10 years of experience advising stakeholders on Belgian and international projects, including transport and social infrastructure PPP projects, renewable energy projects and oil & gas projects. He advises contractors, infrastructure funds, financial institutions and public authorities on the tendering, development, construction and maintenance (sub)contracting strategy, risk allocation, bankability and financing aspects of projects.
 
He also advises real estate funds, developers and financial institutions on real estate acquisition, development and financing matters as well as (international) investment banks and investment funds on financial collateral arrangements and derivatives transactions.
