Regulatory issues will remain an ongoing issue for credit and financial services institutions in 2018. This event discusses the regulations that are at a more or less advanced stage of implementation, e.g. Basel IV, RTF/SREP, Brexit, crypto currencies and remuneration regulation. New in the programme is an overview of the current status of regulatory issues in banking supervision law from Brussels (with a representative of the EU Commission) and the EBA guidelines on outsourcing (with a representative of EBA).
