Fieldfisher advised on deals with an aggregate value in excess of £330 million, driven primarily by deals in the technology sector. 

From Smart Retail and Last Mile Delivery to Fintech, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence, more than £235 million deals were tech-related, with Fintech accounting for 25% of all tech-related transactions.

Life sciences accounted for approximately 16% of the firms total deal value in 2018, making it the second largest sector for our VC practice. Deals ranged from advising investors on equity investments in cannabis-based medicinal products to advising medical device companies on their growth fundraisings.
