UCITS V update

We are not at the end of the story of UCITS V implementation. This update considers proposals in FCA Consultation Paper CP16/14 and other UCITS V implementation issues.

Given the effective date for UCITS V requirements was 18 March 2016, it might seem curious to do an update on UCITS V now.  However, the FCA issued its Consultation Paper CP 16/14 on 19 May which includes proposals consequent to the late finalisation of UCITS V Level 2 Regulation.  It affects COLL and CASS provisions.  We are not therefore at the end of the story of implementation of UCITS V.
