European law firm Fieldfisher has been named Trade Mark Prosecution Firm of the Year – UK 2019 at this year's Managing IP Awards.
Managing IP, a prestigious industry publication, presents awards to firms, individuals and companies behind the most innovative and challenging IP work of the past year, as well as those driving the international IP market.
In presenting Fieldfisher with the top prize for trade mark prosecution, the judges recognised the firm's work on Omega Flex Limited v British Standards Institution invalidation case at the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO).
Fieldfisher received its award at the ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 7 March.
