Fieldfisher wins corporate team of Aderhold for Düsseldorf office

Corporate/M&A specialists Jan Hartmann and Dr. Patrick Halfpap will join international Fieldfisher in Düsseldorf on 1 March 2015

Corporate/M&A specialists Jan Hartmann (37) and Dr. Patrick Halfpap (39) will join international law firm Fieldfisher in Düsseldorf on 1 March 2015. With the two new partners, the Düsseldorf office that has been opened in June 2014 with the antitrust team of SBR Berger Bahr increases its professionals to six lawyers. Thus the German corporate team of Fieldfisher comprises eleven lawyers located in Hamburg and Düsseldorf.

For many years corporate/M&A expert Jan Hartmann advises international operating companies, private equity investors and family offices within the scope of M&A transactions. He further focusses on general corporate advice. In addition to this, Dr. Patrick Halfpap has particular expertise advising on finance and restructuring matters.
